Job summary

Via is hiring a Director of Launch & Operations to lead a North American launch portfolio. You will directly manage a team of Launch Managers and sit at the intersection of operational strategy and execution, launching new services across markets.

You will own the technology and operational transition, service performance, partner relationships, and a 30+ person frontline team. This role requires travel up to 25% and offers a high-impact leadership path in strategy, operations and product at Via.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in a leadership role with consulting and operating experience.
• Operator’s mindset balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Track record leading high-growth or transformation environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adaptable in ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Launch Managers with clear expectations.
• Hire, promote, and performance-manage talent across the launches.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and partner trust.
• Own a portfolio of new launches; ensure on-time delivery and KPIs.
• Provide strategic oversight on launch quality and performance metrics.
• Define processes to improve technology implementation and launches.
• Serve as senior operational counterpart to agency leadership.
• Navigate regulatory and contractual environments.
