Waters Corporation, a global leader in life sciences, seeks a Regional Service Director to lead the Northeast U.S. field service organization, guiding ~100 professionals through multiple leadership levels to deliver profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and workforce effectiveness.

The role reports to the Regional Commercial General Manager and partners with regional and global leaders to execute service strategy and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in field service, technical service, customer support, or a related service business.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership experience, including revenue growth, financial performance, and operational results.
• Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed organizations through multiple levels of management.
• Strong business acumen, customer focus, and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Experience developing leaders, driving organizational change, and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own regional service business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, productivity, forecasting, and objectives.
• Develop and execute regional service plans aligned with priorities and global strategy.
• Drive sustainable growth balancing customer, employee, and business outcomes.
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on responsiveness and technical excellence.
• Build relationships with key customers to strengthen satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Partner with commercial teams to identify and capture service opportunities.
• Establish a data-driven operating model driving accountability and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop District Service Managers and Field Service teams.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, tech support, and operations to deliver outcomes.
• Share best practices with global service leaders to improve performance.
