• 15+ years of senior leadership in commercial real estate program management, capital delivery, or regional operations.
• Directs multi-market regional teams in US, Canada, LATAM with spend >$100M+.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance over commercial capital projects across North America and LATAM to deliver on-time, on-budget results.
• Partner with client real estate leads, design managers, and workplace strategists in early phases for cost estimates and baselines.
• Collaborate with client real estate transaction managers on site due diligence, TIAs, and base-building vs tenant-work boundaries.
• Manage regional capital outlay forecasting and multi-year cash flow with finance partners.
• Oversee LATAM operations in São Paulo and Mexico City, navigating cross-border compliance and currency controls.
• Drive unified service delivery with FM, Technical Services, and Workplace Experience teams during handover.
• Serve as primary regional contact for executive leadership, conducting quarterly portfolio reviews and risk escalations.
