Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will enable and empower our partner ecosystem—systems integrators, resellers, and technology partners—to implement Chainguard solutions at scale.

You will lead technical enablement, develop content, and liaise with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, while traveling up to 25% and embracing a remote-first culture in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients, preferably partner-facing.
• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Kubernetes and Containers experience is required.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (SIs, ISVs, resellers, alliances).
• Ability to translate technical topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable partner enablement programs and content.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical enablement programs for partners to drive adoption of Chainguard solutions.
• Partner with Alliances and Channel teams to align go-to-market and mutual growth.
• Develop and maintain partner-facing technical content and guides.
• Support partners in post-sales engagements, including co-delivery and architecture reviews.
• Act as liaison between partners and Chainguard Product/Engineering to relay requirements.
• Identify gaps in partner competencies and design enablement programs.
• Maintain architecture documentation and share best practices.
• Collaborate across Chainguard and partner communities.
