Job summary
Chainguard is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will enable partners—systems integrators, resellers, and technology partners—to implement Chainguard solutions and build secure software for their customers.
You will lead technical enablement programs for partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape roadmaps by conveying partner needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
- Experience with partner ecosystem and go-to-market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical enablement programs for partners to implement Chainguard solutions.
- Partner with the alliances and channel team to drive joint strategies and growth.
- Develop and maintain partner-facing technical content and reference architectures.
- Support partners in post-sales engagements and escalation support.
- Serve as the technical liaison between partners and Chainguard Product/Engineering teams.
- Identify gaps in partner competencies and design enablement programs.
- Maintain partner architecture documentation and share best practices.
- Collaborate with Chainguard team and partner community to share knowledge.
