Job summary

Harbor Foodservice is a rapidly growing distributor seeking a Territorial Sales Consultant for East King County (Issaquah, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, North Bend). Starting compensation ranges from $65,000–$120,000 annually, with a transition to commission-based earnings after year one based on territory growth and performance.

Reports to the District Manager and collaborates with sales leadership to execute territory strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Successful track record in building or managing a foodservice sales territory preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and comfort with technology and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with customers and offer proactive solutions.
• Prospect for new customers via cold calls, referrals and sales presentations.
• Grow territory sales revenue and gross profit by acquiring and expanding accounts.
• Meet monthly sales, gross profit and brand performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal experts and partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Use data and tools to review customer performance and identify opportunities.
• Communicate procurement, delivery, and operational needs timely.
• Support account activity with inside sales colleagues.
• Monitor stock to minimize shortages and disruptions.
• Assist in payments collection and ongoing professional development.
