Mansioni

• Primary liaison between residents, the Board, staff, and management.
• Manage resident communications (newsletters, notices, website) and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive records for residences and corporate files.
• Enforce community rules and design guidelines; take prompt action in emergencies.
• Supervise on-site staff and support Board with monthly reporting.
