The ideal candidate has proven property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of real estate law.

Qualifications

• Must have proven working experience in property management.
• Must have excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate law.
• Proficient with multiple online applications and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend evening board meetings
• Oversee vendors and contracts
• Prepare community budgets
• Approve standard invoices
• Maintain knowledge of local industry laws
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect properties and schedule maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
• Enforce community bylaws and policies
