You will drive operational excellence, supervise staff, and manage budgets to maximize net operating income while maintaining safety and quality across properties. The position emphasizes community engagement, social media presence, and proactive events planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for building and engaging communities.
• Experience in property management and affordable housing is preferred.
• Experience with Section 8 / HUD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
