The Rubinoff Company is seeking a Community Manager for Pittsburgh's East End. This role oversees daily operations of an established residential community, coordinating with residents, the Board, and service providers to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate demonstrates high EQ, strong written communication, and hands-on leadership. Responsibilities include staff supervision, governance support, records management, and capital project coordination to maintain

• Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between residents, the Board, staff, and management.
• Communications: Manage resident communications (newsletters, notices, website) and address inquiries promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized files for residences and corporate records.
• Community Standards: Enforce rules and guidelines fairly, and respond to emergencies.
• Team Supervision: Supervise on-site staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Board Support: Assist the Board with monthly reporting and governance needs.
• Fiscal Management: Track expenses, delinquency management, and monthly forecasts.
• Project Coordination: Oversee access control and coordinate capital investment projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with legal, financial, and insurance partners to ensure compliance.
