Job summary

Huckberry is seeking a driven Territory Manager based in Washington, DC to grow our East Coast wholesale footprint. You will split time between a home office and Huckberry's store, leading field sales, education, and brand-building at national and regional accounts.

You will own account management, drive sell-through, run product training, and plan in-store events while traveling 50–70% of the time. Reports to the VP of Wholesale and collaborates with the Director of Wholesale to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in field sales, territory management, or retail leadership in apparel/outdoor/lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and driving territory growth.
• Experience delivering product training to retail staff or within national accounts.
• Established East Coast specialty or independent retail relationships a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary field contact for national and regional accounts; execute priority call cycles.
• Plan and execute seasonal floor sets, fixtures, and Huckberry visual standards.
• Analyze sell-through data to flag risks and unlock replenishment opportunities.
• Deliver brand-consistent PK training sessions to store staff and managers.
• Prospect, pitch, and open new independent and regional wholesale accounts; set territory targets with leadership.
• Own weekly CRM field reporting, territory plans, and quarterly business reviews.
