Job summary

Huckberry is seeking a driven Territory Manager based on the East Coast to expand our wholesale footprint. You’ll split time between a home office and Huckberry’s DC-area store, manage national and regional accounts, run product knowledge sessions, and create engaging in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of field sales, territory management, or retail leadership experience in apparel, footwear, outdoor, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts, managing pipeline, and growing territory sales.
• Experience running product training for retail staff or within national account field structures.
• Established relationships within the East Coast specialty or independent retail community is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary field contact for national and regional accounts, executing strategic call cycles.
• Partner with buyers to plan seasonal floor sets and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze sell-through data to flag risks and unlock replenishment opportunities.
• Prospect and open new independent and regional wholesale accounts across the East Coast; travel 50–70%.
