Huckberry is seeking an inspiring Retail Sales Manager for our Hayes Valley location to lead a store-level sales team and drive a high-performance selling culture. You will own clienteling, visual merchandising, and local activations, partnering with HQ to translate client demand into product strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail sales leadership or premium store management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and sales metrics.
• Strong skills in clienteling, community activations and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead store-level sales performance and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage clienteling system to drive repeat visits, UPT, and AOV.
• Deliver daily floor briefings aligning product knowledge with sales priorities.
• Build and maintain an active client book and outreach cadence.
• Implement a 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new associates.
• Provide seasonal product knowledge training and hero category resources.
• Design events and community activations aligned with business goals.
• Oversee floor visual merchandising to reflect brand storytelling.
• Offer structured feedback on assortment gaps and client demand signals to HQ.
• Own revenue-to-plan, payroll spend, and store budgets.
