Huckberry, Inc. is seeking passionate Retail Associates for our new San Francisco storefront at 425 Hayes Street. This in-store role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a loyal Huckberry community.

You should be energetic, sales-driven, and able to tell stories about gear and apparel while helping customers discover the perfect pieces for their adventures. FT employment includes benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred
• A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
• Interest in menswear and lifestyle brands

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Assist with store events and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Huckberry is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our brick-and-mortar location. We're officially coming home and planting permanent roots in San Francisco with a storefront at 425 Hayes Street in Hayes Valley, opening in September 2026. This is your chance to join one of IAB's most disruptive consumer brands and shape the future of our retail experience.
