Job summary

Huckberry is opening a permanent brick-and-mortar location at 425 Hayes Street in San Francisco, inviting passionate Retail Associates to join our team as we plant roots in Hayes Valley. Bring scrappy, customer-focused energy to deliver incredible experiences and help grow a loyal Huckberry community.

You’ll learn our product stories, assist customers, process sales, support visuals, and participate in events—all while representing a brand that loves the outdoors and menswear.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Assist with store events and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Huckberry is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our brick-and-mortar location. We're officially coming home and planting permanent roots in San Francisco with a storefront at 425 Hayes Street in Hayes Valley, opening in September 2026. This is your chance to join one of IAB's most disruptive consumer brands and shape the future of our retail experience.
