Job summary

Ceragon Networks, the global innovator in ultra-high-capacity wireless transport, seeks a dynamic Territory Sales Director to lead growth across the western United States.

You will own the full sales cycle, manage key service-provider accounts, and develop channel partnerships. Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, product management, and support to deliver value‑driven solutions and expand Ceragon’s footprint.

You will travel 50–75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in telecommunications or wireless networking.
• Strong track record in solution selling.
• Experience with direct and indirect/channel sales models.
• Existing relationships with wireless service providers and telcos are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed territory.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with service providers.
• Engage with service providers to understand needs and position Ceragon solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, product management, and support.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Forecast pipeline and report regional performance and market trends.
• Represent Ceragon at industry events and partner forums.
