Ceragon is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Director to lead growth in the Central United States and Canada. You will drive revenue through direct engagements and an indirect channel, manage key provider relationships, and guide the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires 10-15 years in telecom sales, deep wireless transport knowledge, and proven ability to expand existing accounts while pursuing new business across WISPs and telcos.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15 years of sales experience in telecommunications or wireless networking.
• Strong record in solution selling with both direct and channel models.
• Existing relationships with wireless service providers and telcos is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region 50% - 75%.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with service providers in the Central US & Canada.
• Directly engage with providers to position Ceragon solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, product management, and support.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and forecast performance.
