Job summary

IMCD Group, a global distributor of specialty chemicals, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a regional team of Technical Account Managers, Inside and Outside Sales, driving top-line revenue, volume and margin across all product lines. You will build executive reports for leadership, suppliers, and peers monthly.

This position is located on the East Coast near a major airport hub and requires up to 50% travel, including time outside standard hours to support growth and ensure pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business or physical sciences; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience or similar role.
• B2B commercial experience and knowledge of chemical distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns regional sales performance and execution aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversees pipeline development and ensures data cleanliness across the region.
• Leads, coaches, and develops TAMs and sales team to achieve regional goals.
