IMCD Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast to lead a team of Technical Account Managers and sales professionals. The role focuses on growing top-line revenue, volume, and margin across product lines, with regular executive reporting to leadership and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a B2B sales/management role within chemical distribution or related industries, with strong communication skills and a drive to exceed targets.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is one of a few or several regional commercial leaders, in charge of a regional team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Technical Account Managers, Inside Sales members, and Outside Sales members. The RSM has a primary responsibility to develop, manage and grow top line revenue, volume and margin improvement across all product lines. The RSM will need to build executive reports to share to leadership, suppliers and peers monthly.
This position needs to be located on the East Coast, close to a main airport hub.
Education
BS; Business Management, Chemistry, Physical Sciences or Material Sciences.
Master’s degree is not mandatory, but preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 Years of management experience or similar role
Business to Business (B2B) commercial experience
Backgrounds in chemical distribution, supplier production, or similar experience.
