Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will lead Community Managers, drive profitability, enforce policies, and coordinate with owners and agencies.

The role requires strong financial skills, leadership, and industry knowledge. You will travel within the region to supervise operations, ensure occupancy targets, and deliver timely regional reports while representing Cambridge Management in industry and community

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in property management with LIHTC/HUD experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
Travel up to 80% within the region; up to 10% outside.
Must have affordable housing/LIHTC knowledge and related regulations.
Strong leadership, communication and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage multiple communities to achieve financial and operational targets.
Lead Community Managers and maintenance staff; recruit and hire.
Prepare annual budgets and community plans.
Coordinate vendor relationships, audits, and reporting.
Deliver regional portfolio reports and maintain occupancy goals.
Represent portfolio to local agencies and stakeholders.
Travel as required; participate in meetings and trainings.
