Job summary

CRM Residential seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of properties within our LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 portfolio. You will ensure adherence to owner objectives, lead the development of a comprehensive Business and Operating Plan, and drive financial performance across communities.

The role requires five years of regional management experience, relevant licenses, and certifications. CPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as Regional Manager of LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 properties.
• Real Estate Sales or Associate Brokers License required by the State.
• Must have Tax Credit Certification and Project Based Section 8 Designation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance performance of multiple properties.
• Ensure actions align with owner expectations and policies.
• Develop Business and Operating Plan for properties.
• Structure operations and set on-site performance goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Provide administrative support to on-site teams.
• Monitor income and expenses to maximize financial performance.
• Implement SOPs per policy manuals.
• Review performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain communications with owners and corporate officers.
