MINISO USA is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support its retail network. You will manage employee relations, training, recruitment, and serve as a strategic liaison between stores and headquarters to align HR initiatives with business goals.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving engagement across locations. Strong communication and collaboration with leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience focusing on employee relations, training, and recruitment.
• Strong communication, ethics, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases in compliance with policies and laws.
• Ensure HR practices meet legal regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Promote values and implement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and engagement.
• Coordinate between retail locations and headquarters to align HR policies.
• Design and conduct training programs for new hires and ongoing development.
• Assist in recruitment in collaboration with divisions such as Loss Prevention.
• Support performance management systems and coach managers and staff.
• Handle other HR-related projects as assigned.
