Job summary

Curated Search Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support regional retail operations across the Southeast, Texas and the West Coast, along with its distribution centre in New Jersey. You will partner with regional leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives and lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development.

The role requires strong knowledge of US employment law, multi-site experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Established HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to align people strategy with commercial objectives.
• Lead on talent planning, succession and leadership development.
• Advise on employee relations, complex people matters and performance management.
• Coach managers and strengthen leadership capability.
• Use HR data to inform decisions, improve retention and drive engagement.
• Support a consistent employee experience across retail and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with US employment legislation, partnering with external legal counsel where required.
