Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Key Account Manager, Cell Line Development, East Coast to drive growth of its portfolio across US biopharma and CDMO accounts. This role focuses on expanding the installed base and promoting reagents and consumables throughout the customer lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a life sciences background, proven capital equipment sales experience, and the ability to manage complex multi-site accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success in capital equipment or scientific instrument sales.
• Strong understanding of cell line development workflows and upstream process environments preferred.
• Experience managing complex key accounts and long sales cycles.
• Experience developing strategic territory and account plans.
• Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
• Ability to connect customer needs to scientific and business solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Willingness to travel across East Coast territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed instrument sales targets across the East Coast.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies.
• Build multilevel relationships with stakeholders in key accounts.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and lead expansion strategies.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Applications for evaluations and onboarding.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Travel across the East Coast as required.
