Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives on the East Coast. You will execute the sales/marketing plan, drive market penetration, and ensure policy adherence while meeting sales goals.

The role involves recruiting, coaching, budgeting, and coordinating regional activities. Travel and relocation flexibility within the East Coast are expected as part of regional coverage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of successful sales experience, preferably in animal health.
• At least two years of management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other database applications.
• Ability to travel (including overnight).
• Must reside in the region or be willing to relocate.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company/leased vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and increases sales performance to meet or exceed annual objectives. Manages operating budgets.
• Recruits and selects candidates to fill positions and administers salary/reward programs.
• Develops regional business plans and maintains relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Coaches and supports direct reports, ensuring accountability and field coaching.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; upholds high ethical standards.
• Leads and directs the regional sales force and deploys resources to meet financial goals.
• Monitors progress and coordinates cross-district communications and projects.
