Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives across an assigned district. You will plan and execute district sales strategies within budget, develop partnerships with trading partners, and ensure compliant execution of company policies.

The role requires 7–10 years of sales leadership in animal health, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong coaching and presentation skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years sales and/or related experience in animal health/related industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to maximize district performance.
• Excellent presentation and ability to assimilate and analyze diverse data to drive sales actions.
• Willingness to travel and reside in the geography; valid driver's license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve specified District sales objectives.
• Develop and execute district business plans with trading partners within the District.
• Recruit, train and coach sales representatives; conduct quarterly evaluations.
• Allocate resources to maximize district sales within budget and adapt to market changes.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies while driving growth.
