Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a senior leader to oversee Veterinary Professional Services (VPS) Operations across the region. You will coordinate technical expertise, guide brand initiatives, and drive data-driven improvements to support clinical and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree is required.
• An additional degree or board certification is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 12 years in Animal Health, including 8 years in Commercial roles, is required.
• Marketing/Technical Marketing and/or Professional Veterinary Services experience preferred.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in at least one US state; travel may be required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Veterinary Professional Services team to meet business goals.
• Represent VPS in cross-functional forums to share field insights and opportunities.
• Develop internal and external networks to foster company business and growth.
• Lead VPS initiatives spanning regional and global priorities for business growth.
