Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director for Veterinary Professional Services in the East Region. Lead a high-impact VPS team, provide strategic direction, and partner with sales, marketing and technical groups to optimize field support and customer outcomes.

You will build professional relationships with key academia, specialty practices, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders to drive business growth and veterinary leadership across the region.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD required for veterinary licensure.
• 12+ years in the Animal Health sector including clinical practice.
• Preferred: MS/PhD/MBA or board certification.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Willingness to travel and drive.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Veterinary Professional Services team members to ensure business goals are met.
• Shape and influence the Veterinary Industry's impact on animal care and well-being.
• Staffing, recruitment, and performance management within PSV.
• Develop internal and external networks and customer relationships to support business growth.
• Represent VPS in cross-functional forums to communicate insights and opportunities.
• Lead VPS initiatives across regions and collaborate with commercial and technical teams.
