The role leads Veterinary Professional Services operations, providing strategic direction and technical leadership to align with sales and marketing objectives. You will build relationships with key academic institutions, specialty practices, industry stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders, while ensuring staff development and achievement of regional targets.

Qualifications

• Requires veterinary degree (DVM or VMD).
• Board certification or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 12 years in Animal Health; at least 8 years in multiple Commercial Animal Health roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Veterinary Professional Services team.
• Lead VPS initiatives and partner across commercial and technical functions.
• Develop internal and external networks to foster business growth and customer engagement.
• Represent VPS in management, sales, marketing, and cross-functional forums.
