Great American Insurance Group is seeking a senior Underwriting Territory Manager for its Cyber Risk Division. This remote-East Coast role leads a small underwriting team, drives new business, and expands our cyber portfolio through strong broker relationships.

Occasional travel and strategic market development are key parts of the job. The position requires deep cyber underwriting expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage profitability while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in insurance, risk management, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Cyber underwriting experience preferred; related P&C expertise considered.
• 2-4+ years of leadership experience with high-performing underwriting teams.
• Strong technical underwriting for complex cyber risks and large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable new business production and territory expansion along the East Coast.
• Lead, coach, and develop an underwriting team to high performance.
• Underwrite complex Cyber Risk accounts with guidance on submissions.
• Develop distribution partnerships and strengthen broker relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure underwriting guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the division at industry events and client engagements.
