Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Vice President - Surgery, East to lead a field-based sales team across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. This role focuses on delivering growth by engaging IDNs and facilities, shaping strategic accounts, and aligning with executive stakeholders.

You will recruit and develop talent, collaborate with marketing, contracting, and finance, and drive data-driven strategies while upholding healthcare compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, related field, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of healthcare business experience.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry and digital environment.
• Proven track record in commercial leadership roles across marketing, sales, contracting, finance.
• Experience leading across Life Sciences, MedTech, or Tech portfolio.
• Strategy planning and execution.
• Strong financial skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence across multiple partners in a large environment.
• Proven talent development and leadership through change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop an area sales organization to achieve business objectives.
• Establish strategic relationships with healthcare executives at IDNs and facilities.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with market opportunities.
• Prioritize opportunities, assess resource trade-offs, drive account management.
• Oversee demand and access strategies tailored to account needs.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and drive talent acquisition and development.
• Coach direct reports in strategic account management and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and education teams.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and leverage insights for planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations.
• Serve as a change leader with effective talent strategies.
