Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Area Vice President - Surgery, East, a field-based leader who will guide an area sales organization to meet targets and align with customer strategic priorities across IDNs and facilities.

The AVP will build executive relationships, develop strategies, lead cross-functional teams with marketing, contracting, finance and education, drive growth, and foster collaboration, ethics and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years healthcare business experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare and digital environment.
