Position Details

We are hiring a Level 3 Principal Program Control Analyst for our Aeronautics Systems division, based onsite in San Diego, CA, with a hybrid schedule involving weekly onsite work in Rancho Bernardo.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers to provide financial and administrative support.
  • Gain experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance measurement baselines across multiple contracts within an engineering IPT.
  • Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures, assess performance criteria, and support internal/external reporting.
  • Support budget baselines, funding analysis, cost risk assessments, and government cost reports.
  • Develop and analyze estimates to complete, variance analysis, and visibility reports.
  • Support development of budgets, schedules, and financial performance analyses.
Qualifications

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Government Contracting and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting.
  • Ability to work onsite weekly in Rancho Bernardo with hybrid telework.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of SAP/Cobra systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance.
