Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in San Diego, California is seeking Cost Control Analysts (Level 2 or Level 3) to join the cost and schedule team. You will develop and implement solutions, interface with program managers, CAMs, and management to provide financial analysis and support for meeting program requirements.

The roles include budgeting, variance analysis, and preparation of budgets and ETC/EAC; Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications apply, with active or pending US government security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of qualifiable professional/military experience or a Masters degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analyses.
• Analyze variances/trends and develop methods and process techniques; work under general supervision to meet schedules.
• Support development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration; prepare budgets and ETC/EAC; perform financial performance analyses and visibility reporting.
