Job summary

RTX in Plano, TX seeks a Production Program Controls Manager (P4) for financial reporting on large, full-rate production programs. You will establish baselines, track cost and schedule, and report EVMS metrics. Must synthesize data from PRISM and APEX with classified information to drive results.

Role is onsite in Plano and requires a TOP SECRET security clearance on Day 1, with strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to handle complexity and ambiguity in line with RTX policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in science, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience; 8+ years.
• Advanced Degree in a related field with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with PRISM and APEX.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and EVMS/EACs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly LRE and quarterly EACs.
• Partner with Ops Finance to understand PRISM variances.
• Monthly RPLAN financial forecast updates.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for reporting and early issue warnings.
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, and funding planning.
