Job summary

JEVS Human Services in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the EARN Program by reviewing time and attendance, data forms, and communicating with Workforce Advisors.

The role is on-site, full-time at 35 hours per week, with responsibilities including reports, documentation submission, and coordination with Data Team to ensure accurate CWDS data.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of human service/case management experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in case management.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of human service/case management experience preferred; appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Workforce Advisors to support customers’ experience in the EARN program and determine continued enrollment.
  • Generate and review reports to track time and attendance to ensure program compliance.
  • Compile, review, and submit relevant documentation (timesheets, pay stubs, employment verification forms, incentives) to the Data Team.
  • Communicate with Workforce Advisors, Data Team, and staff on customer program compliance as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for TANF monthly sampling; validation requests, and other reviews by Federal, State, and Philadelphia Works, Inc.
  • Assist the Data Team in monthly reconciliation of customer data to ensure CWDS accuracy.
