Job summary

JEVS Human Services is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the EARN program, ensuring compliant service delivery and accurate data processes. The role collaborates with Workforce Advisors and the Data Team to maintain program integrity.

The position is located in Center City Philadelphia, offering a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and 35 hours per week. Experience with TANF and CWDS is a plus, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with compliance programs and data management.
• Ability to review time and attendance and ensure program requirements are met.
• Strong communication with Workforce Advisors and Data Team.

Responsibilities

• Work with Workforce Advisors to support EARN participants’ enrollment status.
• Generate and review reports tracking time and attendance for compliance.
• Collect, review, and submit timesheets, pay stubs, and related forms to Data Team.
• Communicate compliance information to staff and partners as needed.
• Assist with TANF monthly sampling and validation requests as required by authorities.
