Job summary

JEVS Human Services Career Center in Philadelphia seeks a Compliance Specialist to support the EARN Program through compliance management and data processing. The role is on-site at CareerLink in Center City, full-time 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities include reviewing time and attendance, preparing reports, and coordinating with Workforce Advisors and the Data Team to ensure timely follow-up and accurate data in CWDS.

Qualifications

• Position located on-site in Center City Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Workforce Advisors to support customers' experience in EARN and determine continued enrollment in the EARN program.
• Generate and review reports to track customers' time and attendance for program compliance.
• Compile, review, and submit relevant documentation (timesheets, pay stubs, employment verification forms, incentives) to the Data Team.
• Communicate with Workforce Advisors, Data Team members, and other staff on customer program compliance.
• Provide administrative support for TANF monthly sampling, validation requests, and other reviews by Federal, State, and Philadelphia Works.
• Assist the Data Team in monthly reconciliation of customer data to ensure accuracy in CWDS.
