Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.
• Six years of full-time work experience plus four years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.
• A bachelor's degree plus four years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.
• An advanced degree in specified fields plus three years of relevant experience.
• EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: every 30 semester hours equals one year of experience (max 120 semester hours).

Responsibilities

• Supervising intake personnel
• Monitoring referral processing and service coordination activities; ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
• Overseeing documentation and data quality
• Implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement activities

Education

Seven years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services; OR

Bachelor's degree plus four years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services; OR

Advanced degree in social sciences, nursing, public health; public, hospital, or health administration; speech-language pathology or communication sciences and disorders; physical, occupational, recreational, or music therapy plus three years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: One year per 30 semester hours, up to four years
