Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia seeks an Early Talent & University Programs Specialist to build, execute, and sustain university recruiting strategies including ThinkBIG, Apprenticeship, and Technical Training Programs.

You will attract top student talent via schools and partnerships, manage the full lifecycle, and coordinate campus events. As a key ambassador, you’ll nurture relationships with high schools, colleges, and workforce programs, align efforts with business needs, and travel to events

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through employee referrals, online recruiting platforms, social media channels, campus engagement, and recruiting events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, technical colleges, workforce programs, and other talent sources.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Schedule, coordinate, and participate in hiring events, including job fairs, campus recruiting events, facility tours, and welcome events.
• Promote Yancey’s ThinkBIG and Apprenticeship Programs; serve as primary contact for partnerships.
• Monitor and maintain candidate data within applicable systems; assist with workforce planning.
