Job summary

CRH is seeking an Early Career & Talent Programs Specialist to coordinate mentoring, internship, and trainee activities across multiple programs. The role supports onboarding, training completion, and exposure to key departments, driving meaningful development for new hires and interns.

You will work with HR, operations, safety, and education partners, maintaining records and reporting on progress, trends, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness throughout the year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred in HR/Business/Education/Organizational Development.
• Experience in program coordination, HR, learning & development, recruiting, workforce development, education, or operations support preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, management trainee, and internship program activities and schedules.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, and leaders to support training completion and participant success.
• Maintain program records, reports, and communications for effective administration.
• Support relationships with educational and workforce partners to strengthen pipelines.
• Assist with meetings, projects, and events across the calendar year.
