Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia seeks an Early Talent & University Programs Specialist to build and execute our technician recruiting strategy for ThinkBIG, Apprenticeship, and Technical Training programs.

You will partner with schools and industry partners to attract top students and early career talent. You'll manage sourcing, screening, interviews, events, onboarding, and data tracking, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align initiatives with workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through referrals, online platforms, campus events, and recruiting events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, technical colleges, workforce programs, and other talent sources.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events, campus engagements, tours, and alumni engagements.
• Promote ThinkBIG and Apprenticeship programs to students and educators.
• Monitor recruiting data in applicable systems and support workforce planning with hiring managers.
