Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and requests on the sales floor.
• Execute pricing and signage changes quickly and accurately.
• Restock and replenish merchandise to ensure size and style availability.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and organize backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, and organized.
• Support omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and returns.
• Implement merchandise plans to optimize shelf presentation and customer experience.
• Participate in learning and training initiatives.
