Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a First Traffic Clerk to support drivers and operations. You will assist with Bills of Lading (inbound and outbound), coordinate with load planning and transportation service centers, and schedule deliveries.

The shift is 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Wednesday early hours; this full-time role offers monthly incentives, benefits, and career growth opportunities. A minimum of 1 year experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience or equivalent, with good people skills; computer literate and able to multi-task.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; able to work overtime as needed and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations and capacity.
• Coordinate with customer service, client representatives, and drivers of trucking firms to maintain high service levels.
• Ensure shipping and receiving documents (BOLs) are accurate and timely.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining facility security.
• Maintain records and logs of shipping and receiving activities.
