Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Traffic Clerk to support scheduling truck deliveries and pickups. You will work closely with customer service, client representatives, and drivers to maintain high service levels.

Responsibilities include coordinating drivers, equipment, and freight, ensuring shipping and receiving documents are accurate, and maintaining records and logs. Requires 1 year of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience required or preferred in clerical/logistics roles.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations and capacity.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving documents (BOL).
• Handle customers and reps at dispatch window.
• Gather, maintain, and file data and records for shipping activities.
• Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Assist in maintaining facility security and dock controls.
• Promote safety and report hazards to supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and orderly per housekeeping standards.
• Maintain professional and service-oriented conduct with customers and peers.
