Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Traffic Clerk in Pennsylvania to schedule truck deliveries and pickups on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00AM-2:00PM). The role supports customer service, drivers and trucking firms to maintain high service levels, including documentation accuracy and dispatch coordination.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with dispatch or TMS systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in coordinating driver schedules and freight documents (BOLs, etc.)
• Coordinating inbound/outbound TL, LTL and SP freight traffic, deliveries and pickups
• Dispatch or TMS experience preferred
• Experience in Email communication and general computer skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to meet warehouse operations and capacities.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving (BOL) documents.
• Handle all customers and dispatcher interactions at the dispatch window.
• Gather and maintain data and records for shipping/receiving activities.
• Maintain legible records and logs as required.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Maintain facility security and orderly dock area.
• Promote safety and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, neat work area according to company standards.
• Provide courteous, service-oriented interactions with customers and associates.
