DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Operations Clerk (Traffic Clerk) to support clerical and dispatch tasks at our facility. The role requires handling manifests, billing, and customer communications to maintain high service levels.

The position operates 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with overtime as needed. WMS experience is preferred and a strong emphasis on accuracy and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years related experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the assigned location.
• Codes delivery manifests and prepares billing.
• Compiles statistical information from manifest data and prepares related report.
• Inputs delivery information into computer.
• Assists with dispatching as needed.
• Handles owner/operator settlement problems.
• Contacts customers to confirm delivery details.
• Checks postponements and cancellations against delivery manifest.
• Prepares purchase orders for signature.
• Answers telephones.
• Types correspondence for department managers.
• Maintains the department files.
