Better Buzz Coffee invites energetic individuals to join our Temecula cafe as a Barista. You’ll deliver fast, friendly service, learn our menu, and help create the Buzz Life for guests on shift.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and strong communication. The role requires at least 1 year in coffee or hospitality, with availability nights, weekends, and holidays; base pay is $20/hour plus tips and delightful perks in a lively California cafe family.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions, cross-trained and adaptable.
• Keep spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Stock ingredients and follow health and sanitation guidelines.
