Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task.

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's procedures.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies and rotate/storage per guidelines.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed by policy.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
