Early-Morning Store Cleaner & Operations Associate

Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a dedicated team member for early morning shifts starting at 6am to help keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist with stockroom operations, and engage customers with a helpful attitude.

Experience in retail is not required; candidates must be 18 or older and able to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $14.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following Kohl’s standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe store environment.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical handling, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Use Kohl’s tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team.
• Assist operations with receiving, stockroom duties and omni‑channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
